Our breakfast offer includes:Pancakes with caramel sauce: inspired by the ancient geoglyphs of the Nazca Lines, a UNESCO World Heritage site in southern Peru. Thick oatmeal with large chunks of fresh, sweet apples. Pan Chuta Andino: Traditional bread baked in colonial ovens. Stuffed Omelets: With peppers, celery, carrots, radishes and cheese. Enjoy a nutritious and flavorful breakfast, designed to energize you while you explore the majestic Peruvian landscapes.
Our Snack Pack After the daily breakfast, our chefs prepared small snack packs to take along during the trip. These packs are perfect to give you a boost before continuing your adventure. Our Lunch Selection After walking sometimes up to 4 hours before a full meal, our lunches always offered a perfect balance of protein and controlled portions, avoiding the feeling of heaviness. Our chefs created exquisite dishes that included: Cream of Asparagus Cream Soup. Our Lunch Selection After lunch, we continued our hike along the trail for about 4 more hours before arriving at camp. After settling into our tents (and getting cleaned up), we enjoyed the traditional tea time, which took place at 5pm and immediately put us in a relaxed mood. These tea sessions included An assortment of teas (Coca, Anise, Manzanilla, Te Puro) Hot chocolate Coffee Freshly baked cookies Crackers with jam, honey and butter Popcorn Crispy Wontons
Our Dinner Selection The final culinary experience of the day was enjoyed at dinner time, with wonderful three-course menus. In their tents, our talented team of chefs prepared the following dishes using only a flashlight and a minimalist propane torch. Potato Soup Rice and Vegetable Soup Andean Corn Soup: More like a chowder. Steamed trout in a mushroom sauce served with fresh vegetables.
